At TORNE, we stand behind the engineering of our rest optimization products. We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a formal return.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

Because our products involve close, extended facial contact, the TORNE Rest Mask falls under strict personal care and hygiene guidelines. To protect public health and safety, we enforce the following eligibility rules:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and completely clean.
The mask must have all original tags firmly attached and be contained within its original premium packaging.
You must provide the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For safety and sanitary reasons, any items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, hair, or broken packaging cannot be accepted for a return.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return process, please contact our support desk directly at torne.contact@gmail.com.

If your return request is reviewed and accepted, our logistics team will send you a return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how and where to send your package. Items mailed back to us without first formally requesting a return will be rejected and will not be eligible for processing.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. The exact cost of the return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your final balance.

4. Damages, Issues, and Mis-shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon physical reception. Contact us right away at torne.contact@gmail.com if the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the incorrect variant, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

5. Final Sale Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, clearance inventory, promotional bundles, or gift cards under any circumstances.
